( I wanted to do something like this for awhile now were i wanted to make a face that always stuck with me ever since seeing it.)

(Her expression is based off of a moment in pokemon.....that's right pokemon.Let me explain,There was a monent where pikachu made this face i0.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/o… And it always stood out to me and i wanted to recreate it and decided to give it to good ol scoots here.The hard part was trying to match up the mouth ,you see pikachu's was like a cat's so i wanted to try and give scoots something like that,a kind of smirk if you will.After a couple of tries i got it to look ok.)

(Btw speaking of that pikachu face,dose anyone know what episode where that moment happend?I can never remember where it happen.I've only seen it once on air.It would be a big help to me.
